Loss of FC Points and connectivity issues

I've gotten multiple issues with the connectivity of FC25 where I constantly get disconnected from games or get black screens when trying to play games on Ultimate Team forcing me to manually quit the game. This causes a DNF which in turn has significantly reduced the amount of coins I get per match. This problem has also occurred when playing FUT draft where I've lost 600 FC Points because I've had to quit the game through my PS5 screen because of an infinite black screen.

What should I do and is there anyway to get my FC Points back and restore the coins per match?
