Lost all my 99s

I accidentally gave rondaldo nazario antoine  greizman and vandijk and blanc in  a 89 squad shifter in the sbc by mistake while using squad builder i rushed into it please give me those cards back as i did not mean to give them my account is W1ldFang email is [edit: email address removed] please help
i capped it at 94 but it glitched some how and i submitted it as soon as the squad builder completed and by the time i realised that they were gone i and i  ddidnt even didnt get any warnings
