Massive Delay in online play

I play on PC. This year so far it seems like I am getting a good 1-2 second delay between inputting a command and players responding anytime I play online. Opponents do not seem to have the same prob...

i am experiencing very bad input delay in games, and players sometimes run off by themself in defense
