Massive Delay in online play

My average connection score is 95. And majority of games have the “great” score . I am quite sure it is not a connection problem.
I also performed all the mentioned step to disable features or change settings in Nvidia control panel and so on.
what I observe is that the game is smooth in early minutes of the game but the sluggishness and input lag and button press ignoring happens . I had one game when my sprint buttons were being ignored in addition to the general sluggishness .
I can do a screen record , but how do I hand it over to you guys for review ? And are there any other logs that I should provide ?
