Massive Delay in online play

Crazy input delay!
FPS are smooth 80-90 . I can play squad battles and every non-multiplayer related mode without input delay but as soon as i connect to rivals i get input delay. Its not even minor delay it up to 1 second or even more. Unplayable if i dont want to predict my opponents every move and plan out my passes from defence onwards. I added a screenshot of my connection. I disabled that reaction modifier in the gameplay settings . My graphic card drivers are up to date . I dont know what i can do more. I need help pls
Dude just realize that there is nothing You can do, their whole game infrastructure cannot keep up to provide us any decent gameplay. You can deepdive througout multiple possible solutions, but anyway you will have normal gameplay in maybe 10-20 percent of played games
