Massive Delay in online play
I play on PC. This year so far it seems like I am getting a good 1-2 second delay between inputting a command and players responding anytime I play online. Opponents do not seem to have the same prob...

@RadioShaqs Every other company on earth takes ownership of the issues in they're games , they acknowledge them , they issue in game notes , they release statements and they apologise to they're customers , that's the difference, and most important of all they fix them quickly , not weeks , not "in the coming days" , or just when they can be bothered, they just do it , how can you make a big selling point of your game more better and less restrictive evos, were you can do more than one at a time , then have you only able to do one and even thats broken , then have them just busted for weeks on end. , say nothing and still not fix them , justify that nonsense
@onepunchko I thought ea updated and fixed the sa server pretty decently. Sure it could have been done faster but the important thing is they interacted with the community identified the issue and updated the the community as they went and eventually got it fixed. I really don’t know what they should have done different.
- @RadioShaqs I've asked you multiple times now about the broken evos and multiple other issues but for some reason your fixated about this sa server issue you keep banging on about , not that I even mentioned it in the first place , probably because it's the only thing theyve actually managed to fix
- @onepunchko We are in a thread about servers so yeah I wanted to discuss servers. If you want me to discuss things I dislike I can. There is way too many promos. I prefer the old days where the market wasn’t a stock market sim. I dislike that they allow afk in rush although I have been called an ea defender for this stance so maybe that’s pro ea still I never know. Why o why will they not make offense manual. How can you have a competitive game when offense isn’t manual.
Sorry that I was discussing the topic. @RadioShaqsWaste of time taking to you , you have and will always defend EA to the hilt , no matter what , Theres a reason their trustpilot rating is 1.1 with the minimum rating being 1 and the last rating over 1 being when a bloke in 2022 accidentally pressed on 5 star instead of 1 when he was slating them
- @onepunchko I mean I agree with you about things that are broken that’s why I said they need to stop promos. Them pushing them out all the time causes a lot of the issues. They are to worried about sbcs and the market.
I can see even agreeing with you won’t matter it will never be anti ea enough. There are games - even in Seasons mode where the opponent seems ahead of you. Your turning us slow and it makes your movement and ball placement easy to read
You only got to be 1 second off the pace with delay and you are done for.
Never known this game to be this bad.
- @RadioShaqs Actually for once I agree with you , but let's be honest without content this game would definitely be finished , the gameplay isn't strong enough to carry it , I thought Evos were the new thing which could make it somewhat enjoyable and it was for about a week until it totally broke and now the solution is just don't release any , but yeah in the main I agree
hey @RadioShaqs how can you explain fact that in september in the end of fc 24 I had 98 score in ea connection quality report and with the start (and I mean pre-order time before whole player base on servers) of the fc 25 85 was my maximum, but mostly around 80? It says I have packet loss problem (orange color bars) but less than month later bars of packet loss indication became orange color? I didn`t change anything in my hardware or software, I didn`t change internet provider also.
@chachachainside It's because of rush mode everyone's connection is terrible on it. If you go to match history I bet rivals/champs is okay.
Mine is down to 70 because all I play is Rush now because my AI don't work. It was 99 last year.
Something definitely changed this year with connection. I never had any speed up lag in previous years when i was wired. This year i get it 2 or 3 times a half. Nothing has changed my end. Im starting to believe that my opponents connection is now impacting mine when this didn’t happen in previous versions.
- @NornIron11 Man, when I mention my score here I mean those times when I tested it after rivals matches, not rush. Ofc rush is even worse, it`s just beyond.
And what exactly do you mean when you say "ok"? If you look at what this rating says, for example 80 and even 79 is characterized as "ok", that is, "good" literally. But at the same time I have a packet loss of 0.1, the bars are colored orange. And this, according to the official information from the same page, says that the user may experience difficulties during the gameplay. Which is actually reflected in the input delay and turns the game into a nervous horror.
