One thing that commonly happens to me when I get a game against a co-op team. When I load into the first section where you see your ping, the number of players, and pick your kit. The ping will appear in the wrong place and basically cover the indicator for how many players are in game. It's the only time it happens so is a clear indicator of facing a co-op team, I would suggest keeping your eyes on it just in case. It may help you avoid some of them at least.
This is also why I never load straight into a game, I just take a couple of seconds to check the number of players, and if the ping indicator is in the wrong place I know it's a co-op team. I hope it helps you.
