I received the 96 Estubio Immortal card on my account (username: novemberfred), but it’s not showing up in my squad. Could you please check the logs and fix this issue? The card is completely missing. Appreciate your help!

Congrats on the card, bro. Hate to break it you though, they don’t care your card is not showing up. They don’t care about this community anymore. Just soaking as much money as they can from its player base.
No way, EA would never make such a dumb mistake. It's the world's most played football game, I don't think they're that amateur. I'm sure they'll fix this nonsense, otherwise it would be ridiculous. If not, they won’t see me next year :)
Trust me, EA won’t fix it… I’ve been playing thing well over a decade and the last two iterations have shown how little they care. With the Season 1 ladder there were two players that when I went to go add them after they were unlocked the game would disconnect from the servers and I would get booted from UT. I expressed this a minimum of 5 times in the Forums and NO compensation. I’ve had to discard at least 10 players that were glitched at the beginning of this game… and no compensation from EA.. Why? Because they don’t care. To them we are nothing but $$$, and the only way they will listen is by taking the $$$ away from them. FC 25 is the last iteration I’m going to buy, after easily spending over $1200 on this franchise with the Ultimate edition preorders and the small amount of FC points I did buy over the last 11 years… for them to put out this pile of garbage that is directly spitting in the face of their long time fans.
and you expressed why they think they can do this.. because they are the biggest football game out there.. well, my dignity would rather have me not play a game that I used to love rather than have an unfinished game that I paid good money for become a pay-even-more-to-win, rage bait, glitch junkie mess…
after opening 16 83x10, 3 82x10 efigs, 2 100 player, 100 77x5, 100 grind packs, three 85x5’s, and a whole mess of random other packs since Friday and the only re-release card I got at the end of April is a 90 rated Pascal Gross… this company, division, and franchise can go away for all I care.
