Facts are:
- I meet the requirements described in the article
- I have only received the Founder's rewards and not the Club Membership rewards
- And since I am experiencing this first hand I am more than ready to believe all the other players here in the thread
I have already contacted support. But that is a waiting loop as well. Frustrating!! Then just stop offering rewards that you obviously can't handle.
