what kind of answer is that, even if your chat says that my acct is eligible they say they cant give me the rewards WTF
That would only make sense, if they gave us the evo but after it expired. Sounds like a sound a fair solution to the problem. So what do we even complain about?!
They are incapable of anything, I just give up, we are never getting this evo, they dont care because they got our money and everyone should be happy I guess.. EA support will tell you to wait that you will get it and this guy will tell you that you are not getting it because you dont meet requirements.
- @eknarx this evo does not have an expiration date, some friends of mine that got it, still have it, and it does not have expiration date. And more, club memeber also gives you some kits, badges and so, most of us did not receive them, they dont expire....
