I cannot confirm that. I still don't have the Clubmembership Evolution!
I attached screenshots showing the evolutions currently available for me and the Clubmember Evo is not among them. So your statement is simply not true.
From how I understood this article here (maybe they are wrong) we should receive some kind of token, I imagine that this would be in the form of a pack or pick item. But I never received that one. Not in the beginning nor in the last two days.

Here comes one more screenshot of the "Welcome to Evolutions" section. The screenshots above were from the normal "Evolutions" section.
In the next couple of days we are getting to the point where more and more of the first evolutions are expiring. I kept most of them because I wanna go for complex evo chains. The clubmember evo is one of the moste powerful evos for those chains currently, meaning that certain combinations won't be possible anymore. So please just hand out the evo. You are making us very unhappy, by holding back what you communicated and promised months ago. Why are you so greedy about that? Do you really think, that we are making the problem up?
The whole evolutions part was one of the major fun factors for me in EA FC 24. Now in 25 with this buggy start it is only totally frustrating. I don't wanna know how much time I have already spent investigating and communicating about the problem (instead of playing the game or doing something useful with my time). Seriously I am not only expecting the evo but also some kind of compensation!

Despite the fact that numerous people are still reporting that they have not received the clubmembership rewards there has been no reply or statement from you. Why do we not get any further feedback/ updates here?
Can you PLEASE at least give us a status. Is EA still investigating this? Why was the problem only solved for some and not all affected players? Is it a matter of which console is being used? Is it matter from which country a player comes from?
What do we have to do to get that bug fixed?

To everybody still facing that problem. I contacted the support again (since my case was closed in the meantime).
This was the feedback I received:
- 1 year ago@eknarx I got emailed back from support but they were of no help to be expected. This is what they said:
"Unfortunately, you are not eligible for the Club membership rewards and we wouldn't be able to make any changes from our ends.
If you are a Founder who plays FC 25 before the cut-off date of November 1, 2024, you also qualify to join the Club Member reward track.

So it looks like they're incorrectly flagging our accounts as not eligible even though we are eligible and then doing nothing to rectify the situation. False advertising basically.

More than an month of ignoring us. Is that policy or just sheer frustration? I can tell you that your way of communicating with us (plus the delaying tactics of the support agents at EA Help) sure feels most frustrating to me. Honestly I feel treated like *. Does EA want to get rid off paying customers?

Es gab zwar eine Woche Verzögerung (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bugmeldungen/hey-Jude-Evo-missing/m-p/14245061#M2124), aber die "Hey Jude" Evo habe ich erhalten. Das beweist doch, dass ich (und vermutlich auch die anderen Kollegen hier im Thread) tatsächlich auch Clubmember sind (nicht das man den Aussagen seiner treuen User auch mal glauben könnte).
Kannst du bitte nochmal anschieben, dass wir auch die Clubmember Evo erhalten. Bitte, bitte, bitte!
