That is so typical .. I have 1000+ hours on FC 24 but I didnt recieve the evo. They dont know how to solve so they just tell you it is your fault and you didnt meet requirements :D sad but whatever, lets hope we pack some good right back and dont need to be salty cuz of this evo, we are never getting it

what kind of answer is that, even if your chat says that my acct is eligible they say they cant give me the rewards WTF

They are incapable of anything, I just give up, we are never getting this evo, they dont care because they got our money and everyone should be happy I guess.. EA support will tell you to wait that you will get it and this guy will tell you that you are not getting it because you dont meet requirements.

@eknarx this evo does not have an expiration date, some friends of mine that got it, still have it, and it does not have expiration date. And more, club memeber also gives you some kits, badges and so, most of us did not receive them, they dont expire....

I have the same problem.Or to phrase it more concrete:- problem occurs on Nintendo Switch (check my account if you like)- apparently I got all the cosmetic Founder stuff (yeah!!)- but nothing of Club Member stuff, which includes at least useful stuff like the Club Membership Evo (meh!!)To make that all a bit more transparent, I attached some screenshots of what was promised and what was delivered.Needless to say that I played EA FC24 before both of the cut off dates. And I bought the Ultimate Edition playing it since the 22nd of September 2024.

New evo today and still deafening silence from EA regarding these rewards. Pathetic how paying customers are treated like garbage with zero help from support and then falsely claiming victory when they don't actually fix the problem.

More than an month of ignoring us. Is that policy or just sheer frustration? I can tell you that your way of communicating with us (plus the delaying tactics of the support agents at EA Help) sure feels most frustrating to me. Honestly I feel treated like *. Does EA want to get rid off paying customers?

Es gab zwar eine Woche Verzögerung (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bugmeldungen/hey-Jude-Evo-missing/m-p/14245061#M2124), aber die "Hey Jude" Evo habe ich erhalten. Das beweist doch, dass ich (und vermutlich auch die anderen Kollegen hier im Thread) tatsächlich auch Clubmember sind (nicht das man den Aussagen seiner treuen User auch mal glauben könnte).
Kannst du bitte nochmal anschieben, dass wir auch die Clubmember Evo erhalten. Bitte, bitte, bitte!

Awesome that I can't even evo the free zidane given out today because I still haven't been given the rewards I qualify for.

Arghhhhh, why did you bury out this corpse here. EAs failure to deliver on their promise. But since they don't care about broken promises, this just HURTS me on all the others who got fooled and forgotten!!!
Shame on you EA!
If you advertise a free Evo for clubmembers and you even leverage your pre-sales with it, then you got to deliver.
The clubmember evo was and is still part of some of the most powerful evo chains. Why can you not keep your promise? Why do you need to fool and hurt loyal players?

@eknarx it's hilarious that they never fixed the problem so their genius idea was to continue gatekeeping more OP EVOs for club members.

Now there's a new wave of players who aren't getting the Zidane EVO who did get the Jude one and they're experiencing what we've been dealing with since release day. That's EA for you

I have the same problem too and still did not get fixed , and I will miss the zidane evo just because the game can not keep their promises.
