Missing D1 Arkema/Ligue 1 TOTS

Hello, 

I did the D1/Ligue 1 TOTS player pack prior to this recent maintenance. I went to claim my pack in the store post-maintenance, and it is completely gone. Its not in my pack storage, nor is it in my sbc selection to be redone. Hoping for compensation, otherwise a massive waste of fodder. Thanks, as always, EA
