Missing FC25 UT Players / Possibly Hacked Account

I have logged into my Companion app today and seen that Alot of my players i had on my team are now missing, their cards are now showing as concept cards I haven't sold them as my coins have stayed ...

@Porterr-K It depends what you contact them for if you get live chat or not. If they have to look into your case that might be why it’s through email.
