Missing first playstyles+ evolution for future stars academy

Question

The first playstyle+ evolution for the future stars academy is missing from my evolutions tab even though I have fully completed last weeks scout report objective. I even tried contacting EA support twice but they were no help. Please, I need answers!

Same thing happened to me. Thought it would show up eventually. Now only got the second week of scout report because wins didnt track last week.. so missing the first playstyle + and impossible to make him an icon
