Missing hero pack + fc points

Dear

I preordered the ultimate edition, but didn't receive my fc points nor the hero pack. When I started the game for the first time, I got the option to transfer my remaining fc points from FC24 to FC25. But the 4600 points I purchased buying the ultimate edition I didn't receive. I also tried to contact support with a few mails, but didn't get a single reply. This is so annoying because I payed 100 euros for litteraly nothing expect the 7 days early access. Fix this asap.

    @ErdoJE Did you redeem the Ultimate Edition content as well? I heard many who were missing their content forgot to do so on Steam

    No, I haven't this option. It is possible that I pressed on this option, but I unlinked my steam with ea because it was not connected with my main ea acccount where I bought every year the ultimate edition. I never redeemed this items on the other account nor registrated in ultimate team.
