Missing In-Game Content
Hello,
I used to be a PlayStation user but switched over to Xbox over the summer. I bought the ultimate edition for Xbox. However, I use the same login info for both consoles and when I logged into the web app on 9/18/24 I didn’t realize I was logged into the PlayStation account as opposed to the Xbox account. As a result, I was given my tradeable packs (gold packs, 75-83 x2 player packs, etc) for that account. I also have not logged into (and will not) the PlayStation version or fc25, only the web app. Today (9/19/24) I opened the fc25 on my Xbox console and I did not get any of the above^ packs on my account and still haven’t received my fifa points, hero preorder pack, and the rest of my bonuses. I am afraid that EA thinks they need to supply me with those bonuses on the Playstarion since that’s the first account I “technically started” when I first launched the web app. Please help me get all my packs, fifa points, and preorder bonuses/packs on my Xbox account!!
- @BShniz21 The welcome back packs are awarded for accounts that played before a certain date (very possible your new account doesn't qualify for the welcome back packs), as for the pre-order bonuses, once you log into the game (not the web app or companion app) you will be credited the bonuses -- although there could very well be a delay in being awarded those bonuses.
