    @BShniz21 The welcome back packs are awarded for accounts that played before a certain date (very possible your new account doesn't qualify for the welcome back packs), as for the pre-order bonuses, once you log into the game (not the web app or companion app) you will be credited the bonuses -- although there could very well be a delay in being awarded those bonuses.

@Izzy_FUT_Dubs oh okay, that makes sense as to why I might not have received the welcome back packs on my new account. I feel like I should’ve been awarded the rest of my ultimate edition and preorder rewards though because I have seen content creators logging into the game and receiving them already with no delay. I logged into the game today and didn’t receive them.
