Missing packs from fc24 objevtives

Hi Ea,

I am missing my objective packs from the season ladder in fc 24 completion, the road to 25 evolution and the for the club 1 objective. I didn't bother doing the for the club 2 so I am not entitled to that pack. I was under the impression based on the wording of the objectives that these packs would be waiting for us as we logged into the new game. I am now 3 weeks into the game and I am still waiting on these packs that I put much time and effort into fc24 to make sure I could get these for fc25. All of my friends have recieved their packs so I'm unsure what the issue is

    FYI they aren't coming until Oct 10th. Its annoying, but they'll be here by thursday if there is no game-breaking glitch or server crash.

    Thank you I didn't know that.. knowing the game I'm sure we will have a server issue on Thursday that will prevent the packs from coming through
