Hi I am missing a player I bought from the fut web app, I bought for 180k, the coins are gone and the player is not in my transfer list or squad ?

I woke up today and 8 players have disappeared iv contacted ea but so slow to find out
I bought a player for 70 K. Unable to find that player anywhere in the squad or transfer list. Please help.
Same issue, I just lost my Cannavaro, VVD and Pedro porro ALL TRADEABLE.
