Missing players and coins in FC 25 Ultimate Team

Hi,

Can you please help me, this is the second time that I have missing coins and players from my ultimate team.

First time I lost around 3 cards, Thunderstruck Karchaouy(not sure what the other cards were) and in between 550k to 600k in coins and the second time I lost around 200k worth of coins and lost Base Icon Yasin, Centurion Modric and Total Rush Putellas.

Can you please help as I've invested a lot of money on this game, as you can see through my purchases.
