Bought FC 24 points instead of FC 25 because of the PS Store

I Bought 1.050, and 100 Points for FC 25 and 5900 FC 24 because they were next to the other 2 in the Store but I cant refund them via PlayStation support I need help to transfer them, I never transfered Points before but I read that it isnt possible anymore, I dont understand why, now I have wasted 44.99€, so anyone can help me with that the support chat cant, and I dont find any Number for your Telephone Support

    Hey Leckistein,

    Unfortunately it isn't possible to transfer points from FC 24 to FC 25. I can only recommend that you reach out to PlayStation again to see if they can help with a refund, as we can't help with purchases not made through the EA app.

    I had exactly the same problem around christmas . 1month and a half ago. As long as you dont access fc24 or access the fc points in ant way you are able to get the refund!! Go and browse ps support options, get in chat with them, you will get the refund.
