Missing points

Hi there - I bought EAFC25 Ultimate edition for Xbox, because it said it came with 4,600 free points. I still haven't received the points, and I've been chasing for six weeks now and everyone tells me different things. But both the retailer and Xbox both insist that only EA can help with this. Please can somebody help me?
