Missing pre order rewards

Hello EA Support,

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 before August 26, 2025 via [e.g. EA App / PlayStation Store / Xbox Store].

According to the official info, I should have received:

  • A 93+ Icon Player Pick (in FC 25 UT)
  • A 99 Shooting Evolution item (in FC 25 UT)

However, after logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team, playing matches, and restarting the game multiple times, I have not received any of these rewards.

    Thanks for pre-ordering the game. Please note that pre-order Rewards for FC 25 will not be immediately accessible, they will be delivered in the coming days.

    And all they say is a bot response. It will be available in the upcoming days. Like that does not help.

    Just spoken to a customer service rep on live chat, they said EA are "working" on the issue but it's been radio silence on the offical channels including the FC Game Updates twitter/X page. EA Play Pro members already received the bonuses, but not the customers paying £80 for the Ultimate edition. Can we have this responded to ASAP?

    I don't know a single person with EA play pro (myself included) that have got any of the bonuses. In fact I've had it for the last 3 games and haven't got them once.

    I waited 24 hours like you told me and still no rewards is that the way you repay me for purchasing your game???
