Missing Rewards ??

I have missing content for over 24 hours that still has not been put into my account.

I am missing a UEFA Dreamchasers trade in player pick through the SBC I completed yesterday morning.

The SBC reward I was expecting to receive was a Dreamchasers player pick.

I used a 91 bentancaur, and two 88 rated conference league players Cvetkovic and Pululu.

Once this was completed I went into store and there was no player pick ready for me, it’s been over 24 hours now and still nothing. The 2 people I have spoke to on the helpline has been useless. 

Any fixes for this?
