Missing Season cosmetic Evo and Champs Evo

After redeeming the Season 2 cosmetic evolution i have not been able to use it as it has not shown up in the evolution menus and the same has happened after redeeming the Fut champs Evolution also.

What happens when the bug occurs? The evo's never showed to be used in the evolution menu
What should be happening instead? I should be able to apply the cosmetic to any player of my choosing
