I deliberately didnt claim my level 35 pick of Leao or 90x6 so i could save the 90x6 pack for futties and because i thought if i redeemed it early i would accidentally open it. Now the new pass has come out and the old has gone and the level 35 pick is not on my account anymore! Please help!
So last night before i went to bed i clamed all my season pass rewards on the companion but all i got were the players but my packs were missing. I checked my companion for the packs and my console and they aren’t there. This was the night before futties update btw. Any help plsss???

Missing Finesse and quickstep evo
Thankfully, while I claimed all my player rewards, I did not claim the finesse and quickstep evo and they just disappeared. It has ruined multiple nice evo chains I had planned for it. I reported to the EA contact chat two weeks ago and no resolution till date.

If you are referring to the shapeshifters evolutions from last season, finesse+ and quick step+, if you ever did have them, they should be in rewards and cosmetics, and display "expires in 6 days" as of right now.
If you mean that you didn't claim them from the season pass, then unfortunately there's probably no solution for this.
I was under the impression that unclaimed season pass rewards would be automatically claimed at the start of a new season, but according to the reports here, I may have been mistaken. Because I have never tested it myself, fearing it too risky, I have no firsthand knowledge of whether this is true or not. I will just tell you what I do. Since the premium pass has been out, because my money is tight, I have been waiting until the last week to claim rewards. I buy the pass, then head to the companion app and go one by one, claiming and picking rewards. I understand that some picks can be difficult, please always be sure to claim each level manually. Also, there's no risk to claiming season pass evolutions at all. They'll expire on the same date regardless, and it's usually multiple weeks after the pass expires, so definitely be sure to claim those the next time.

I bought the new premium season pass at the start the one with ginola and vvd. Now i have reached level 20 and i was supposed to get 10 extra levels from the premium season pass but i didnt get anything. What should i do??
I didnt Pick the whole Rewards from Premium Season Pass but it only automatically claimed rewards until about Level 30 and the Rest ist gone. I havent got the playstyle Evos, the Players ( Van Dijk, Ginola) nor the tradeble packs. Its an absolute Scam.
