Missing SP points on Ultimate Team

I have competed the Ultimate Team 25 but havent relieved the 5000 SP points when competing this. If I had received these I would of completed the seasonal ladder but now my ladder is stuck on 28,500 SP and cant collect anymore. How do I get my missing SP points?
