Mistakenly lost by top fodder in sbc, need help recovering it

I mistakenly submitted my extremely high fodder in sbc while checking out my sbc storage this morning. Can you please please help me restore/recover it? It was a genuine mistake. Hoping EA would help...

aneller123is there an email i can write to them about? Or some other portal this seems more like a discussion forum?

    sign into your account @ https://help.ea.com/uk/help-home/  and you should be able to use there live chat or contact them, however they 100% wont recover your cards, although miracles do happen so I wish you luck :) , you never know
