My account has been hacked

Hey my account has been hacked a few days ago and all my coins were stolen from me.

The hacker sold all my tradeable players and took more than 7 Million coins from my account while I was sleeping.

I have talked to the Live Chat and they said that they see a suspicious activity in my account and it's being checked, they also said they'll get back to me in maximum 10 days.

I wanted to ask if somebody had the same case and EA did him good and got all the coins/lost players into his account, because I haven't been well since then(I know its just a game, but it's not just that I've spent a lot of money and so much time for all that stuff)
