I payed the money for the 92 ovr evo and did the one with technical + and finesse shot and for some reason mine did not get 5 star skills instead it had 4 star weak foot and 4 star skills i would like to have the 5 star skills but don't know why i didn't get it.

Can you provide some pictures of the 92 completed EVO and the profile page showing the SM/WF? That will help the EA folks to validate the issue.
Many people bricked their Maradonas by applying an extra evolution to them (changing the version of the card and making it impossible to finish the 92 upgrade); so we just want to differentiate between a Maradona that technically shouldn't be able to be finished (to the 92) and one that did complete the upgrade and did not receive all the boosts!
