My player is ineligible for an evo

My player meets all the requirements for an evolution but it says they are ineligible.

I wanted to put haji wrights silver card into the new mirror mirror evolution. All the websites that allow you to check an evolution show that he can go into it. However on the game itself it says he is ineligible for the evo ( it still shows him but it doesn't allow me to pick him for it). I am really confused as his eventual card after this evo and the other new evo looks really good but it won't allow me to obtain it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
