Despite winning my last match in Squad Battles mode, my points are showing as zero due to a classic EA server error. Also, it shows "Beginner" mode. I want my points back.
I didn’t know that featured matches could be replayed.
I tried it, and as you said, the points were corrected.

In FC25 squad battles, only first 12 matches counts. You have already player 12 played. See below image. I have highlighted in red circle. After 12 games, you will not received any points.
Your this week squad battle total points highlighted in yellow circle. It has not been reset. Hope this clarifies your confusion.

First of all, thank you for your response, but I already know all of that.
My issue is only related to one match, which is the one currently selected in the screenshot with the PSG emblem. The match appears to have ended in a 0-0 draw, but as you know, since there is extra time, no match can end 0-0.
I actually won this match and completed it on a difficulty level where I should have earned 1,700 points. However, after the match ended, due to an EA server error, I didn’t receive the points I should have earned for this match.
I hope I was able to explain it more clearly this time.
If there is server error then it could be either end - EA server as well as Internet connection. Somehow it didn't recorded your match result.
If its featured squad match then you can replay it again and gain your points. See if this helps.
since the game highlighted is the weekly special game, you can replay it again and get your points.

What if it's not a features match? At least once a week I get the EA servers error & I lose points, this time in the 78th minute of a match I'm up 5-0. t's rather ridiculous & pathetic
