Need help

2 things I need to have help with 

1. I was playing a game of champs finals and the score was 3-3 in the second half I was fouled resulting in me getting a pen before I was able to take it the guy left and it did not give me a win.
2. I was promised rewards from a ea employ a while ago and I have still not t recived anything.
