New Special Cards idea

Hear me out, why not have special cards (Icon/Hero type cards) these ones will be called Ballers: players that were great but didn’t fulfill their potential, players like Pato, Bojan, Abou Diaby, Ben arfa, Mastour, Jesé, etc… They’re rating would start at 80, but they can evolve through special evolutions until they reach their full potential max 90 or 91. They didn’t have a great career, maybe some moments, but they were all players “streets won’t forget”, at the same time they can’t be considered heroes
