I need to address two issues and I'm intrigued to see if others are having it.
I downloaded EA FC 25 from EA App as I have the Play Pro subscription. It was mentioned that I will get the pre-order bonuses. When opening the game, it told me that I have FP to convert from FC 24 even if I didn't have any before yesterday when I got the Play Pro subscription. I choose to transfer and I got 3200 FP. I noticed now when logged in to FC 24 that I got the other pre-order bonuses from Play Pro as for FC 24 I had standard edition so never got these rewards. Now my questions is if I would still receive the 4600 FP points I was supposed to for the FC 25 pre-order bonus.
Also, another issue is about the 81+ x7 pack supposed to get from completing the Road to FC 25 evo in FC 24. I have to mention that the evo was completed on the same account in FC 24.
