no carryover packs from fc24 to fc25

i havent recieved any carryover packs from fc24, ie the from the club objectives and finishing the season pass can i do anything to recieve these?

    @WezzFQT27 FC24 preseason rewards will be given out from 10th October onwards.

Last EAFC we were given challenges to obtain packs for EAFC25 and we still have not gotten them. When will we get our preseason rewards?

@jordanguz October 10th is the date that was messaged to you on screen in FC24, so in about 2 weeks from now.
