Evolution Glitch

I last week went to check who I could put into the evolution (passing paradise) and when I clicked onto the evolution it automatically inserted Isak who is not a player a wanted to use, I requested help from EA and they told me to send my request to these forums, I want a return on my evolution so I can put in someone I wanted!
