no carryover packs from fc24 to fc25

i havent recieved any carryover packs from fc24, ie the from the club objectives and finishing the season pass can i do anything to recieve these?

    @WezzFQT27 FC24 preseason rewards will be given out from 10th October onwards.

@geogeovanni73 Starting Oct 10, not by Oct 10 or on Oct 10. I'm waiting myself. Hopefully they're rolled out soon! Some of us have to wait a little longer than others!

I did all the preseason objectives in FC 24 and only got a 10x80 pack and a loan hero pick. Missing 4 packs and an Icon pick.
