no rewards for division rivals

I logged into ea fc 25 today and I have no way to collect division rivals rewards.

Hey Finez Are you checking your rewards in the game or on the Ultimate Team web app? Have you tried logging out and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue?

Yes, I tried several times in the game and application and nothing. a few hours later again but the result is the same.
