No upgrade received for Women Euro Cup cards

I have bought several of the women players for the European CUP. It is stated in the playercards that it will have an upgrade to SML by 1 if their team scores 3 goals in the groupstate. All of my players In the europe cup have done this, but no upgrade has been made to the playercards.

When will this be implemented, the group stage ar long finished?
