No XP when I play rivals etc

I am playing games and getting not XP not letting me do the season objectives even tho I have Xbox live help

    @Studogallan This year in FC25 it is called SP not XP. You can earn them from objectives in UT, Career and Clubs Modes. No points from rewards as it was in FC24.

    In general, there is not any XP for just playing games.  You only get XP from specific objectives listed that XP is given.
