Not being credited a win after matches

I just won a fut champs game 3-1 proceeded to the after match report and then was loading back into ultimate team section when the message unable to connect to ea servers appear. It then proceeds to kick me out to the main menu and when I load back into ultimate team it says I forfeited my last match despite the fact I didn't. I have a video proving that I didn't. I WANT MY WIN and my rewards from fut champs from getting that win.

It's bad enough that when an opponent pauses the games and proceeds to forfeit ( where they have to confirm they want to forfeit, as in losing the match) they should be given a lose and therefore if they forfeit their opponent should be given the win. But that doesn't happen. 

This isn't the first time that this has happened either. There is also the well known glitch/bug that happens after a match where you can't advance further and are just stuck loading out of the game. Yet that still remains unfixed. It's getting beyond a joke at how broken the game is but at no point do they care unless it costs them real life money.
