Not gaining xp for winning on ultimate team on fc25
Why am I not gaining xp on the ultimate team for winning the matches?

I've not gained anything in the last couple of days and now the problem is fixed but I don't receive the old xp because I couldn't claim... See attached pictures. Missing out on a lot of rewards because of this.
