Now I can enter the game. But when entering the ultimate team Then the game bounces back to the EA APP page. Please give me a way to fix it. I haven't been able to play for 2 days now.

I use laptop Asus model ROG Strik G17 G713PI-LL109W.

can you describe your situation in some more detail please?So you are playing on PC via the EA app and what issues did you have beforehand? The game now crashes back to the EA app, but do you get any error message or the like?-Vendcera

@EA_Vendcera when playing offline it works normally such as career manager and other, but when connecting to EA it directly crushes and back to the EA app and not having any error massage.
My laptop got all the requirements of the game and as i mentioned, it works normally while offline.
