Online games do not start!!!!

Ultimate Champions matches simply do not start!!! I've tried today 4 matches, 2 did not start - blank black screen, music is playing, I had to kill the game from console. Of course it was noticed as if I left the game early. HAHA! The other 4. - the game has crashed before the kick-off. The **bleep** is reoccuring weekly, please investigate and solve immediately if you want us to buy this trash again...
