Only found hacker/bot in UT division rivals

Like wtf is dis? I just bought the game on steam, I tried to play div rival but didnt find a single genuine player, only bot and only stay for 5 second in game then got disconnected, it did count as playing cuz I got the objective for playing  anyone know how to fix?
