Pack Bug

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team where I am unable to open a pack due to a sorting screen glitch.

After opening a pack, I am stuck on a screen that says, “Hmm. It seems you have items to manage before you can move forward.” The only item left to manage is a Silver Pack, but when I try to open it, I receive the error message:

"There was a problem connecting to the FUT servers. Please try again later."
