Pack Weight feels weird
Since my complaint in EA FC 24 my pack "luck" feels way off, compared to others especially in direct comparsion with my best friend, who plays less and gets the worser packs.. At the beginning of t...
This does need to be acknowledged. I'd assume the likelihood of packing a player is based off their rating. I've packed Enzo Fernandez at least 8 times already this game cycle; Van De Ven once, despite the same rating.
Players can have the same rating but it seems players who are considered "Over-Powered" or have higher value on the market are packed less. Kai Havertz (83) is 900 coins on the market, Van de Ven (82) is ~40k. Of course, a desirable player will cost more on the market and maybe I'm underestimating how many people are buying Van de Ven's card but in theory he should be easier to pack.
Completely understand desired players showing up less in packs (if this is the case), but transparency is needed.
I've packed Oshimehn and Rice multiple times now, but why not Son? They're the same rating.
Completely agree, aren't we being told on store packs that the odds of packing players are based on the overall rating, not their overall rating but less odds for op players.
Surely this would have to be stated on the pack odds otherwise the weight is essentially being manipulated.
Definitely, I'd love to be proven wrong but it seems like the pack probabilities were a smart way of telling you the odds of "x rated player" in your pack, whilst hiding the fact they'll be less desirable.
Makes sense from a business POV
Bumping because I feel the community is being lied to and ripped off.
