Packed a tots on the companion app and now it doesn’t appear in club.

I packed the 92 Akliouche on the companion app and I tried listing him and an error message popped up and now after I refreshed the app he’s gone and appears nowhere on the app or on my Xbox console. I’ve reloaded bought packs and still the player doesn’t appear! Can someone help?
